Whilst guiding you through the degustation menu, we will also explore innovations in preparation, serving and finishing with salt; salt slabs and salt sprays; salt tasting notes, and much more.
This event will provide ideas and techniques suitable for cooks of every level – from enthusiastic amateur to professional chef – enabling you to enhance your cooking by using the right amounts of the right salt in the right dish. A must attend workshop for any hobby cook or chef as perfect salting is the basis of good food.
