Delivery Details & Charges
Great, Grand & Famous Pty Ltd (GGF) uses Australia Post and Fastway Couriers within Australia (unless specified) and a variety of overseas couriers. Delivery within Australia is under 10 working days from the time you made your order (overseas is dependent on courier or shipping choice). The exchange of damaged or faulty products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product from GGF we will gladly exchange it upon receiving the return product. Simply pack the whole item along with your sales invoice within 14 days after delivery. Delivery costs are not refundable. Any goods received after 14 days will not be exchanged. All returns are to be sent to the above address.

Refund Policy
If you are not happy with a purchase from GGF we will gladly refund your order. Simply return the item not damaged along with your sales invoice within 14 days after delivery. Be sure to allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed upon receiving the returned goods. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless it is a result of an error on our part.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
All products remain the property of GGF until they have been paid for by you. Delivery of requested items will be made when payment has been received in full. GGF does not have any liability to you, the purchaser, arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All guarantees and warranties are provided by manufacturers and are applicable only when stated on products.
